Every piece is made for you

Everything in the shop is made to order and carries your names, dates or artwork, so it cannot be returned or exchanged. There is no one else to sell it to. That is why you approve a proof before anything is cut: a drawing of your exact layout, text and material, at the real proportions. Changes at that stage cost nothing.

If a piece arrives damaged, or I send the wrong thing

Tell me within 30 days and I will replace it or refund it in full. No return fee applies when the fault is mine. A photograph of the damage helps, and you do not need to send the piece back before I put it right.

How to reach me about an order

Reply to your order confirmation email, or use the contact form on this site, and tell me your order number and what is wrong. I read every one of these myself.
