Two ways things leave the workshop. Smaller pieces go by parcel anywhere in the country, and large pieces go in my truck. There is no third option yet.
Boards, lettering and gifts
Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum and nothing added at the last step. The postage is already in the price on the product page. I do not ship outside the US yet.
Tables and large pieces
I deliver tables and large pieces myself, within 150 miles of Warren. A dining table does not go in a box; it goes in my truck, and I carry it into the room it will live in. The delivery fee is quoted by distance and appears on your quote before you pay a deposit. Beyond 150 miles I cannot take the job yet, because freight for a one-off piece means a pallet, a liftgate, a carrier who handles furniture and insurance that covers it. None of that is set up, and I will not promise it before it is. There is no pickup.
When it arrives
Made to order means the clock starts when you approve the proof, not when you place the order. If a date matters, a wedding, a closing, a birthday, say so in the order notes. I will tell you before you pay whether I can meet it.
Personalized work cannot be returned
Every piece carries your names, dates or artwork, so it cannot be returned. That is why you approve a proof before anything is cut: a drawing of your exact layout, your text, your font and your board, at the real proportions. Changes at that point cost nothing.
If a piece arrives damaged, tell me within 30 days and I will replace it.
